1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Business Continuity Tabletop Exercises platform (the "Service") provided by ReynCon Security ("ReynCon", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining an exercise, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service lets facilitators run facilitated tabletop exercises — business continuity, crisis management, and incident response — and lets participants join those exercises from their own devices. The Service captures exercise activity and produces after-action reports.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Each organization ("tenant") is responsible for the accounts, engagements, and content it creates, and for the conduct of the participants it invites.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) attempt to access data belonging to another tenant; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent; (c) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or (d) use the Service to disrupt or degrade its availability for others.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of the scenarios, engagement data, and exercise records your organization creates ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display Customer Content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for having the rights and any necessary consents to submit Customer Content, including information about exercise participants.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use.
7. Disclaimers
The Service supports preparedness exercises; it does not constitute business continuity, legal, or security advice, and it is not a substitute for a real incident-response plan. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReynCon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
10. Contact
